OMeostasis is the latest chapter in my unfolding life story. After countless intentional relocations, my family and I have landed in a space that fills me with the good feels, the natural light I crave and an energy that positively reeks of good vibes. To me, it is a gift just aching to be shared. As a person who loves community, my intention is to create and hold a space that promotes one. A place to laugh, love, tear up, swap stories and drink warm beverages together. A place that welcomes people in all stages of healing and life. A place that we can show up in our sweat pants and not take life too seriously. A place to grow, a place to nap, a place to sweat, a place to lie upside down with our legs up the wall, a place to surround ourselves with props and blankets. A place to wax scientific, philosophic and get all spiritual if and when we want. A place to return to balance. A place to simply BE. Welcome to OMeostasis.
