**NOTE: While I have bountiful experience in the chronic health realm, I am here to walk alongside you on your path toward wellness on ANY journey - and often times the steps can be a lot simpler-I am here for it.

The Chronic Illness Conundrum

Bloating, weight gain, digestive issues, achy, swollen joints, fatigue, brain fog/vertigo/dizziness, unexplained headaches, breathing difficulty, strange rashes, heart issues, muscle weakness, low grade fever, anxiety/depression and sleep issues that commonly result in normal blood work/labs are ALL signs an overburdened microbiome. In a medical system of specialists not well versed in nutritional healing and designed to treat disparate symptoms, the average person spends thousands (not uncommonly between $10-100,000) and visits anywhere between 5-15 specialists before reaching an often inaccurate diagnosis-if any at all. 


The Power Restore Method is the natural expansion of my lived experience and education in the world of Lyme and chronic illness (including long haul Covid) over the past 6 years. In addition to in-depth trainings and teachings in health coaching and nutrition, brain retraining, restorative practices, yoga and the nervous system, I have researched and explored countless modalities in my quest to return to balance. My desire is to help those suffering from chronic illness (diagnosed or not)  to find their own unique path to wholeness.

While there are certainly many commonalities to restoring health, one size does not fit all and no two people will heal in the same way. We are all bio-individuals with unique genetics, environmental influences, lifestyles and belief systems.

I am not a replacement for your doctor.  As a guide on your side, I will become a part of your team (with YOU at the helm) in helping you understand root causes, explore past histories and navigate current life/health challenges through top down (ie; brain retraining) and bottom up (somatic/physical) work. Together, we will move forward with your custom tailored program and forge a path toward full health and wholeness.

Power Restore Method for healing from Lyme and chronic illness including Long Haul:

  1. Health history (complimentary)

    1. Get to know one another

    2. Identify main areas of concern

  2.  Two (2) 75 minute phone calls per month for 6-months which include: 

    1. Goal identification/setting

    2. Discussion of progress

    3. Updates/new concerns

    4. Full set of notes

    5. Relevant literature, handouts, articles, resources 

    6. Assist in navigation of doctors/specialists/healing professionals

    7. Understanding the benefits (and pitfalls) of traditional testing and pharmaceuticals

    8. Physical exercises including yoga, Qi Gong and breathwork (somatic work)

    9. Accountability support

    10. Custom healing playlists :)

  3. Access to support between sessions via text 

Healing modalities explored/utilized:

  1. The vital role of Primary foods (an exploration in lifestyle ie; work life, home life, stress levels, media consumption etc)

  2. The role of Secondary foods (the food/nutrients you consume) including:

    1. Nutrition information

    2. Exploration of various diet plans

    3. Exploration of herbs and supplements

  3. Understanding the Nervous System and its direct influence on overall health

  4. Brain Retraining and neuroplasticity

  5. Understanding the theory and relevance of detoxification and tools/modalities

  6. The importance of energy work

  7. Yoga (the restorative practices are vital in accessing nervous system balance-a nourishing physical practice will be incorporated into each session)

  8. Breathwork

  9. Qi Gong

  10. Connections/resources (people, books, courses, companies) in the healing world 

A portion of proceeds will support health coach scholarships and/or funding the underserved in the Lyme/chronic illness communities.
